Applying Decals

Applying Decals to a Flat Surface:
1. Rub over transfer paper with a credit card.
2. Remove backing from the decal by lifting the transfer paper.  Do it slowly at an angle making sure all of the decal is on the transfer paper.
3. Carefully apply the decal to a clean, dry surface. Try to avoid letting any air bubbles get under the decal.
4. Rub the credit card over the transfer paper to ensure the decal is fully adhered to the surface and all possible air bubbles are removed.
5. Remove transfer paper slowly at an angle making sure all of the decal is left on the surface.
